🦌 WHO'S BEHIND THE LIGHTS

Colorado Youth Outdoors: a trusted Northern Colorado nonprofit

Colorado Youth Outdoors (CYO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing and a BBB Accredited Charity. Since 2001, CYO has built stronger relationships between kids, their parents and their communities through fishing, archery, outdoor survival and shooting sports.

Since 2008, CYO has cared for the 220-acre Swift Ponds property in southeast Fort Collins, investing more than $10 million to turn it into a permanently conserved outdoor classroom. In 2025 alone, CYO served over 13,000 participants, and more than 150,000 since 2001.

NoCo Winter Wonderland is one of CYO's signature fundraisers, built by hundreds of volunteers and backed by more than 20 local business sponsors. That's why your nonprofit doesn't lift a finger: CYO handles the lights, the tickets, the volunteers, the traffic and the payouts.
