How I'm using ChatGPT and the Home Business Academy Builder to turn everyday life experiences into blog posts—and how you can, too.

Have you ever thought about starting a blog but figured it would be too complicated, too expensive, or just too much work? I've discovered that you don't need to be a computer expert, professional writer, or website designer. I'm having a blast using the $25/month HBA Builder and ChatGPT to share my own experiences.

I show you the real Builder back office, how I create posts with AI, and how I share them on Facebook.

As we get older, we accumulate something valuable: life experience! Think about the places you've traveled, people you've met, family recipes, hobbies, and lessons you've learned. Someone out there would love to read your stories. I've been blogging about favorite movies, national parks, Colorado, photography, and more.

One of the first questions people ask me is, “Chase, what in the world would I write about?” My answer: just about anything! I've put together 100 fun and easy blog ideas, from travel and family recipes to childhood memories, favorite movies, bucket lists, and lessons learned. Read all 100 ideas here: https://chaseswift.com/blog/100-fun-and-easy-blog-ideas-anyone-can-write-with-a-little-help-from-ai — Pick a topic, give ChatGPT a few personal details, and see what you can create.

Instead of staring at a blank screen, I tell ChatGPT what I want to write about. For example, I can ask for a post about Rocky Mountain National Park, fishing on the Frying Pan River, growing up watching John Elway, and Colorado's four seasons. AI helps organize my thoughts into a draft, and I review it to make sure it's accurate and sounds like me. The memories and ideas are mine; AI helps me share them.

In the video I take you inside Home Business Academy, create a blog, choose a design, name it, and show how ChatGPT and the Builder's built-in AI tools can help draft articles and work with images. I've even had AI-assisted work happen while I was sleeping! Additional AI credits may cost extra. Always review content before publishing.

Ever shared a link only to have Facebook show the wrong photo—or none at all? I show how to share posts with captions, add images and text, and troubleshoot Facebook's cached image previews.

A blog can become a platform for an audience and relevant affiliate offers. I'm a Home Business Academy affiliate, so qualifying purchases through my links may earn me a commission. But a $25 blog subscription doesn't guarantee income. Building an audience takes time, consistency, and effort. My goal is to enjoy the journey, provide value, and see where it leads.

I call this season Next Chapter Freedom. You can start with one topic, publish one article, and grow at your own pace. There's no rush, and learning new technology can be a lot of fun.
